provides counseling services at its main campus inside
the 610 Loop and four satellite locations in the Woodlands,
Baytown, Stafford and Clear Lake.

toll free outside the Houston area. Trained personnel in the
Access Department answer the initial telephone call.
Here they will:
• Determine the general nature, severity and urgency
of the problem presented
• Identify the appropriate service and location
• Direct the caller to another, more appropriate resource
if indicated
• Determine eligibility for services
• Obtain demographic, financial and insurance data
• Schedule the initial appointment
